還剩下的
整理離世父母的剩下的物件時，當中沒有發現很多代表父母關係的歷史紀錄，沒有大量的影像為鐵證，也沒有深刻的記憶來重組，而是要藉著一堆帶有殖民地符號的物件來找尋線索，作為體現人倫關係的圈子——家庭，這從個人歷史出發所見到的無常與時空的距離反映必然關係的短暫。作品回顧十年前留下的遺物，探討時間在記憶中的經常來回的詮釋，以圖文的說故事方法，講個人歷史，也是在反映中港婚姻家庭在1980 – 2000 的生活氣息。5月29日是父母的結婚紀念日，也剛好是展覽開幕的日子。於是作品也邀請觀眾參與獻花儀式。
The Left Over
The historical objects left over by my passed away parents are rearranged to construct a personal history from the fragmented memories.
29th May is the anniversary day of my parents’ marriage which coincide the opening day of the exhibition, visitors are invited to engage a flower presentation ceremony for the discrete marriage under the colonial history.
